Ninyo Fusion is known for its romantic ambience. Although we already knew that the Ninyo is tucked in the quiet streets of Katipunan area, it still surprised us how the restaurant seemed to transport us out of the metro with its Asian-themed set up. The food is a similar story. The Team's choice was the Tokyo Degustation set menu. We'd have to say that every fiber of the food we had was prepared and cooked with love as we all agreed with delight how sumptuous each meal was. I'm not really a wine person, but hearing the boss compliment how good their wines were and how they know how to store it (for proper temperature) convinced me that Ninyo Fusion sure knows what good customer service is. Oh! They have love locks too! Overall, I'm impressed with what Ninyo Fusion has to offer.
